RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

 

RETURN POLICY

We gladly accept returns within 14 days of the order being delivered by the customer. We do not offer free returns labels; all returns cost must be covered by the customer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must not be worn, washed or altered in any way. Returns will not be accepted if the original swing tag has been cut off.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming this. If approved your refund will then be processed. Please allow up to 5 working days for refunds to show once processed. We aim to process all returns within 7-10 working days of receipt.

How do I make a return?

To return your item, please follow the instructions below:

For all customers:

1. Return your parcel to the following address: @320DTLA, Zrínyi utca 4., 1051 Budapest, HUNGARY

2. Keep a record of your proof of postage (if applicable).

3. Once received at our warehouse we’ll process your refund within 5 working days. Please allow up to 5 working days for refunds to show once processed.

Swimwear & Bodysuits: Please note that due to hygine reasons we are not exchanging any swimwear or body!
