How can I track my order?

The tracking information should be emailed to you as soon as your order has been dispatched. If you have not received your dispatch email with the tracking information for your order, please email contact@320dtla.com and a member of our Customer Care team will happily look into this for you!

If your order is a REPLACEMENT, you will not receive your tracking link automatically due to these orders being created manually, however if you drop us an email we will be able to provide this for you 24 hours after the order has been shipped.

 

I haven't received any tracking information for my order?

With replacement orders, due to these being created manually, you will not receive your tracking link automatically however if you drop us an email we will be able to provide this for you.

 

Can I cancel/amend my order?

48 hours after your order you are able to cancel or amend your order! Please email us at contact@320dtla.com with your name and order number. 

If your order has been dispatched you are more than welcome to refuse the delivery and your order will be returned to us. Alternatively, you can return your order to us to 1051 Budapest, Zrínyi utca 4. and your refund will be actioned within 5-7 working days after we received your order back at our warehouse. 

 

My item is faulty?

We’re so sorry to hear you’ve received a faulty/damaged item. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality products that are designed to last so we’d be delighted to get this sorted for you ASAP!

If you could please send over images detailing the fault, along with your order number to contact@320dtla.com we’d be happy to help you with the issue!

Please note, we only accept faulty returns within 30 days of purchase however please feel free to get in touch and we will try our best to come to a suitable resolution.

 

An item is missing from my order!

In the unlikely event that there is an item missing from your order, please contact us immediately at contact@320dtla.com

Please include:

  • Your name and order number
  • The item you did not received

Once you have sent over this information, our Customer Care team will be more than happy to get this sorted for you as soon as possible!

 

I have received the wrong item!

In the unlikely event you have received the incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contact@320dtla.com

Please include:

  • Your name and order number
  • The item you did not received
  • The incorrect Item
  • A clear photograph of the incorrect item.

Once you have sent over this information, our Customer Care team will be more than happy to get this sorted for you as soon as possible.

 

Why has my order been returned to sender?

If your order tracking shows ‘Returned to sender’ it is likely to be for one of the following reasons:

  • The parcel was refused.
  • The courier was unable to deliver to the address after several attempts. 
  • The delivery address was incomplete.
  • The parcel was damaged in transit. 

We are so sorry that this has happened. If you would like to arrange for your order to be resent, please email us at contact@320dtla.com  as soon as possible and our Customer Care team will be more than happy to organise this for you. If we receive no resend request, you will be issued a refund within 5 working days of us receiving your order back at our warehouse.

 

SHIPPING INFORMATIONS

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Please find our shipping information and costs here.

At the moment we only offer standard shipping, which takes 3-5 working days to arrive after dispatch.

 

Do you offer FREE shipping?

We are happy to offer free standard delivery on all orders over 50,000 HUF in Hungary and over 72,000 HUF for EU, USA, CANADA, UK & RES OF THE WORLD.

Will I be charged Customs Fees/Duties?
If you live in the EU, deliveries are delivered via DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), so you don’t have to pay extra fees when your order is shipped or crossed the border. Duties and taxes are calculated directly on shipping costs and are taken into account in the total price paid at check-out. Please note, however, that this means that duties and taxes are non-refundable. Please also note that if the shipping address is in a non-EU country, you will automatically be an importer. This means that your order is usually kept at the customs office when you arrive in your country and you expect the importer (You) to reimburse the duties and taxes. 320DTLA is not responsible for these costs. If I order over the weekend, when will my order be dispatched?

At the moment, our warehouse is working Monday-Friday 9AM to 5PM. Any order placed after this time will be dispatched within 48 hours of the next working day.

RETURNS & REFUND

What is your Return Policy?

We gladly accept returns within 14 days of the order being delivered by the customer. We do not offer free returns labels; all returns cost must be covered by the customer. If you want to exchange a product please email us at contact@320dtla.com

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must not be worn, washed or altered in any way. Returns will not be accepted if the original swing tag has been cut off.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming this. If approved your refund will then be processed. Please allow up to 5 working days for refunds to show once processed. We aim to process all returns within 7-10 working days of receipt.

Once received at our warehouse we’ll process your refund within 5 working days. Please allow up to 5 working days for refunds to show once processed.

Swimwear & Bodysuits: Please note that due to hygine reasons we are not exchanging any swimwear or body!

Can I return more than one order in the same parcel?

Yes! You are more than welcome to return more than one order in the same parcel. Please make sure you include the packing slip for each individual order to ensure your refund is actioned correctly.

 Please also fill out the returns form for each individual order.

 

I’m outside of the 14 day return period, can I still return my item(s)?

If the order was received over 14 days ago, we would be unable to accept this for a refund or replacement. Our company policy states that all items should be returned within 14 days of arrival.

We extend this to 30 days for anything that would be considered a manufacturing fault. If you believe your item to be faulty, please email us at contact@320dtla.com and our customer care team will happily assist you in arranging a return/replacement.

 

If my return incurs a custom charge, will you cover the fee in order to receive the parcel?

Unfortunately, if you wish to return your parcel to us you must cover the cost of the customs fees at the point of despatch, to confirm, we will not be able to cover the cost of this. All additional customs charges on return parcels are the responsibility of the customer.

When will I be refunded?

Once you have returned your item(s) it should take no longer than 5-7 working days for your return to be approved and refunded. 

If you believe your refund should have been processed already, please email us at contact@320dtla.com with your proof of postage showing the destination postcode or a tracking number that shows the item as delivered back to our address. From either of these we will be able to issue a refund immediately.

If you don’t have either of these, we kindly ask for your patience and hope the parcel will arrive to us shortly.

PRODUCT INFORMATIONS

Where are your products made?

Every single product is made in Hungary, in our Budapest atelier. Whilst we’re unable to give you exact details of who our manufacturers are for confidentiality reasons, we are proud here in 320DTLA that we are able to support local, Hungarian manufacturers. We do not support low working conditions, overtime, no breaks with a zero tolerance on forced or child labour.

 

What are you doing towards Sustainability?

Sustainability has always been one of our goals when creating and evolving the brand. Here’s an overview about our journey so far:

  • We manufacture all of our products locally in Hungary, reducing transportation costs
  • Most of our fabrics (means 90% of our collections) are produced with technologies that use reduced consumption of water and energy resources, chemical products and waste 
  • Our production runs are small and considered to avoid any waste - We’d rather sell out and only bring back specific styles that our customers love
  • All of our packaging and product related essentials like hangtags are paper and fully recyclable

What size should I order?

Generally our products run true to size although you may wish to size up or down depending on your desired fit. Please see our size guide for specific measurements to help you choose the perfect fit for you!

How can I wash/care for my items?
We provide washing instructions on all product listings, inside the garments themselves, and advise where possible to hand wash or use color catchers.
When will ____ be back in stock?
To find out when a specific product, size and colour is back in stock please go to the specific product listing page, select the variant then select ‘notify me when back in stock’. Please also feel free to contact us and we will be more than happy to let you know when we are likely to restock. For general emails about full restocks please sign up to our newsletter!
