1. Where do we deliver?

We offer Worldwide shipping with Fedex or DHL. Please not, we have some exceptions, which are listed below:

At present, we are unable to ship orders to the Russian Federation, Ukraine, Azerbaijan and Bahrein. Thank you for your understanding. 

If you order in Hungary, your package will be delivered by GLS. 

In addition, you have the opportunity to pick up the package at our Showroom (choosing 'Showroom Pick-up'). Address: 1051 Budapest, Zrínyi utca 4. 2nd floor

Important note: You have the opportunity to pick up your order within 14 days after placing your order. The price of non-picked up products will then be refunded automatically!

2. Can I change an order that has already been placed?

If you're package is not shipped out, we are able to change your items or shipping address. 

Once you place an order, we can no longer change it. 

In every case, please contact us on, where we'll be answer within 48 hours.

4. Do I have to pay extra tax after customs clearance of the product?

If you live in the EU, deliveries are delivered via DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), so you don’t have to pay extra fees when your order is shipped or crossed the border. Duties and taxes are calculated directly on shipping costs and are taken into account in the total price paid at check-out. Please note, however, that this means that duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Please also note that if the shipping address is in a non-EU country, you will automatically be an importer. This means that your order is usually kept at the customs office when you arrive in your country and you expect the importer (You) to reimburse the duties and taxes. 320DTLA is not responsible for these costs. Orders are shipped by Fedex using DAP (Delivery at Place) service.

5. Can I speed up the delivery?

We are offering only standard shipping at this time, we are doing our best to get your order to you ASAP. We can't wait to see you in your 320DTLA set!


1. What is your return policy?

We gladly accept unworn, unwashed items with the tags still attached within 14 days of receiving your order. Once your return has been scanned and confirmed, we will either process your refund to your original payment method, initiate your exchange, or issue your store credit as requested witin 3-5 working days. Please note that there are times when the refund can take up to 30 days. 

We can unfortunately not offer a free return label for you return.

C. Fill the rows, with the items you would like to return, please refer to the original invoice

D. Add the value of the returned item. Please make sure to add the correct value (always refer to the original invoice).

If you are returning from outside of EU and miss to add the correct value, please note that the package cannot enter free of customs and taxes. 320DTLA will not be made responsible for the payment of these costs.

Swimwear & Bodysuits: Please note that all tags and hygiene liners must be attached in order for your return to be accepted. Your return may be refused if the item is damaged or missing any tags/liners.

1. What size I am?

We recommend using a tape measure to find your perfect fit. If you're in between sizes on our size we suggest sizing down for a more compressive fit or sizing up for a more relaxed fit. If you're still unsure about your size, drop us a line at and we'd be happy to help. 

Quick note! Your compressive pieces may feel a bit snug on your first wear but this is totally normal!

2. Do all colors fit and feel the same?

You may notice some of our colors have a different hand-feel. Each color goes through a unique dyeing process, which results in some feeling a little stretchier than others — but rest assured, all of our colors carry the same compression and quality.


1. How do I wash and take care of my 320DTLA pieces?

Wash at or below 40 ° C. Washing is only recommended with clothes of the same color. The use of dry cleaning is prohibited. Cannot be bleached. The use of a dryer is prohibited. Ironing at low temperatures (110 ° C).

We like giving you as much information as possible. Here’s a breakdown of some of our products and how it stacks up.

2. How do you turn old water bottles into clothes?

Did you know almost all synthetic activewear is made from plastic? We just make ours with materials that would otherwise clog landfills and pollute the earth. It all starts with 100% post-consumer water bottles that have their labels removed, are crushed into billions of minuscule chips, and then washed until they’re sparkling clean. After a bunch of science stuff with names like “polymerization,” you get a soft, recycled yarn that eliminates the need for petroleum and diverts water bottles from landfills at the same time.

3. Where do you manufacture?

All of our textiles are made from recycled materials in our local facility in Hungary. We work very closely with our atelier and seamstresses and guarantee fair wages, safe and healthy conditions, and zero forced or child labor.
